Upon your submission via our "contact us" form, we will reach out to you to discuss the services, understand your needs, and discuss the fees. Generally these discussions will take place over the phone or through a video call however an in person meeting can be arranged.
Once the case has been discussed we will ask you to complete the “client intake form” or “business client intake form” which will provide us with a more detailed information about you. Once we receive this form we will formulate a contract and send it to you via electronic delivery, outlining the fees, terms, and other specifics of the agreement for services. Please keep in mind that each investigation is unique and may necessitate varying durations, which we understand translates to your financial investment. Once the contract is signed by you we may ask that you complete the “subject information form”. This form assists us in gathering the necessary information if we are investigating a specific person. We ask that you complete this form to the best of your ability and with utmost accuracy, as it plays a crucial role in facilitating the investigation and serves as the foundation of our efforts.
Once the above forms are completed and any agreed upon retainer fees / fee for services is collected the investigation/services will commence.
Once the investigation is completed as per the contract, Blue Line Solutions LLC will issue an official report outlining the findings as necessary. This will be provided in PDF format, which will be delivered electronically via email. All digital evidence collected, including photographs and videos, will also be provided through electronic means.
